SHIRAN FAAST
Hi,
I'm
Shiran

If a short paragraph was not enough here is a great story
My journey is rooted in resilience, adventure, and a deep commitment to growth. Growing up, I was always drawn to leadership and community, starting at age 14 when I co-founded a Scouts group in my hometown. By 17, I was leading 200 young Scouts, instilling values of teamwork, adaptability, and responsibility. This early foundation would go on to define my approach to life and business.
After high school, I served in the military, becoming the youngest commander in my training unit and later leading the Northern District’s Education Department, managing educational programs across 60 schools. These experiences tested my resilience, honed my strategic thinking, and reinforced my commitment to impact and growth.

In my early twenties, I set off to explore the world. During my travels, I met Chris, an Australian from the Barossa Valley, in the mountains of Peru. Moving to Australia for love was a leap of faith; I arrived with little English and faced the challenge of adapting to a new culture. Finding a job proved nearly impossible, so I took a bold step: I started my own business, Magic Snow- creating a white Christmas. Through it, I gained invaluable insights into the importance of customer dreams, market fit, and the art of business resilience. After selling the business, Chris and I spent a year travelling the world before settling in Brisbane, where our next adventure awaited.

In Brisbane, we took on Aqua Gardening, transforming it from a small store into a thriving company with $6.5 million in annual revenue. Running a family business taught me the unique dynamics of balancing personal and professional goals. Through teamwork and resilience, we navigated growth, rapid change, and industry recognition, winning awards for innovation and transformation and representing Australia at the Global Retail Innovation Awards.

In 2023, I made the tough decision to wind down Aqua Gardening, recognising that it was no longer viable. This pivotal experience ultimately led me to create the C.E.O. Transformation Method—a holistic framework that balances the needs of Customers, Employees, and Owners to drive sustainable unstoppable business growth. Today, this method forms the backbone of my consulting and executive mentoring work, allowing me to guide businesses to new heights and support leaders in realising their visions for both business and life.

My passion for business, community, and personal growth shapes everything I do. I believe that business success is deeply intertwined with personal transformation, and as a certified NLP practitioner and life coach, I work with leaders to identify and overcome limiting beliefs. Having invested over $300,000 of my own money in personal development with top mentors globally, I bring an approach that combines deep insight, strategy, and a commitment to unlocking each individual’s full potential.
Beyond my consulting business, I am the CEO of the Australian Catchball Federation, a board member in a few NFP organisations that are dear to my heart, and an online entrepreneur.

I’m also a proud mum of two wonderful children, Naomi and Reef, and feel incredibly lucky to have Chris by my side, supporting every wild idea and big vision I have. Our household runs on the "family version" of the principles of the C.E.O. Transformation Method, balancing our personal and professional lives with purpose and shared goals.
I am here to inspire and help you to create unstoppable business growth that positively impacts all people involved.
